Layout:
Our standard carports are constructed from a tubular mild steel framework.
Carports legs are concreted or bolted with raw bolts to the cement floor or to the existing walls, depending on where the shade ports need to be installed.
The carports structure is covered with a knitted polyethylene netting which is sewn together for maximum strength and stretch. All carports steelwork is primed and painted with enamel for maximum protection and endurance against all weather conditions.
Cantilever Dome Structures
Hanging structure on 2 poles, with cantilever arms.
Hanging Domes” with 95% UV – Shaded Netting:
The most economical way to cover large and small areas is by sharing legs with units and back to back treble units where possible.
Colours: Different colours and density netting is available. Please get the details from your local sales consultant.
Normal Dome -
Structure on 4 poles.
Single: 3,0m x 5,5m Colum’s – 152mm x 4mm
Double: 5,5m x 5,5m Ridge Beams – 76mm x 2mm
Triple: 7,5m x 5,5m Hoops – 48mm x 2 mm
4 Car: 10,0m x 5,5m Cross – 57 mm x 2mm
8 Car: Prices On request
Maintenance:
Our Shade ports require little or no maintenance.
In the event of damage from extreme weather conditions or any type of vehicles the nets can then be replaced at a very low cost.
